Thermal printers work on the principle that a semiconductor heating element is installed on the printing head. After the printing head is heated and touches the thermal printing paper, then the desired pattern can be printed. The principle is similar to thermal fax machine.The picture is created by heating it, creating a chemical reaction in it.This thermal printer chemical reaction is carried out at a certain temperature.High temperatures will speed up this chemical reaction. When the temperature is below 60℃, it takes a long time, even up to several years, for the paper to turn dark. But at 200℃, the reaction takes place in a few microseconds.   Thermal printers selectively heat the paper at a certain position, thus producing the corresponding figure.Heating is provided by a small electronic heater on the print head that is in contact with the heat-sensitive material.The arrangement of the heater as a square dot or strip is controlled logically by the printer, when driven, produces a graph on the thermal paper corresponding to the heating element. Select "Label Settings" under the menu bar "Settings" icon, and set the width and height of the label according to the label size used.The width dimensions are usually print effective width, 2 inch width of 48mm, 4 inch width of 100 and maximum height size of 100mm. 4. Variable setting.The output variables of the scale corresponding to the printer setting variables are as follows: 1). The variable output of the scale, the first variable corresponds to V 0, the second variable corresponds to V 1, and the third variable corresponds to V 2......and so on. 2) The variable format of the scale can be connected through 232 PC segment and obtained with super terminal and other tools. 3) For printer corresponding variables, click "" in the editing bar, click "Add",Add V0, V1, V2................as illustrated in following figure: 4) Each variable can assign an initial value to test the print resolution location. When the printer is connected to the scale to print, the variable will automatically obtain the output data of each scale.The number of variables can be changed from V 0 to Vn, and can be added as needed.Note: The number of added variables should be as much as possible than the number of scale variables, so as to avoid the value that the required variables can not be displayed normally because the scale device has hidden output variables. 5. Click the icon and drag to the blank space to enter the tag editing interface.Enter the desired content in the Text Content box. Note :that the nonvariables must be added in quotation marks — —, The variable does not need quotation ——.You can also edit the both together —— .Non-variables can define any required content, such as: company name, product name, date, time, batch number, etc. 6. Date and time are the printer's own variables.
